Application guidelines

This controller can drive two motors at same time,can be single or double controlled.
It has Reactive power brake function,Brake reverse charging protection release circuit,can be MCU controlled,
 
The "5V" port on the board can offer 300mA current to external MCU

 
JYQD-YL02D is driver board without housing and heatsink, it can drive the BLDC motor below 100W without any heatsink,but needs normal ventilation.

Different Hall effect sensored BLDC motor has different Hall wires sequence, please do well-match before onload drive.
 
Add heatsink if the power more than 100W and keep good heat dissipation conditions for the board.

1. Control port
 
GND:Only for control signal VR:Speed regulation,(0-2.5V or 0-5V linear speed regulation).PWM frequency:1K-5KHz. ZF:Forward and backward control(5V high level or 0V low level,if you use 3.3V MCU,you need do adjustment to 5V) M:speed pulse signal output EL:brake function, 0-2.5V or 0-5V linear brake 5V:5V power source for external control device(≤300mA)

4: Remarks
1. Use shielded wires if the drivers board has more than 50 cm distance from the motor, otherwise it may lead to abnormal driving, affecting the normal use. 
2. Control port distance: 2.54mm,motor phase:3.96 mm
3. Pay attention to the insulation between the driver MOSFET and the heatsink or the installation plate.
